Connect Discord through Account settings → Profile → Connected accounts, or use Discord when signing in if that option is available.

Organization owners and admins manage bot installation under Organization settings → Integrations. The Discord Integration page selects the notification channel. A subteam can use its own channel or inherit the parent organization's default.
