What to Include

To help us assist you quickly, please include:

  • Steps to reproduce: What you did before the issue occurred
  • Expected behavior: What you expected to happen
  • Actual behavior: What actually happened
  • Error messages: Any error messages you saw
  • Browser/Device: What browser and device you're using
  • Screenshots: If applicable, screenshots help a lot

Response Times
