iCal / CalDAV Integration

Sync your Cadence events using the standard iCal format. Works with Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, and any other calendar app that supports iCal feeds.

Setting Up iCal Integration

Add your Cadence events to any calendar app using our iCal feed. Your events will automatically sync and update in your calendar.

Step 1: Generate a Calendar Token

First, you need to generate a private calendar token:

  1. Open Account settings
  2. Select "Calendars" in the settings menu
  3. Click "Generate New Token"
  4. Copy the calendar feed URL that's generated

Step 2: Add to Your Calendar App

Use the exact feed URL shown in Calendar settings. Tokens expire after 30 days; replace the subscription URL when you generate a new token.

Google Calendar

  1. Open Google Calendar
  2. Click the "+" next to "Other calendars"
  3. Select "From URL"
  4. Paste your calendar feed URL
  5. Click "Add calendar"

Outlook

  1. Open Outlook Calendar
  2. Go to "Add calendar" → "From web"
  3. Paste your calendar feed URL
  4. Click "Import"

Apple Calendar

  1. Open Calendar app
  2. Go to "File" → "New Calendar from URL"
  3. Paste your calendar feed URL
  4. Click "Add"

Automatic Updates

Your calendar app will automatically check for updates periodically. The feed includes finalized event times and refreshes according to your calendar app's schedule.

Security

Your calendar token is private and should be kept secure. If you suspect your token has been compromised, you can revoke it and generate a new one in your calendar settings.
